There’s a guy out of Gloucester Massachusetts he calls his company KGC (Killer Guitar Components). He makes real high quality bridges and blocks and pretty much whatever else you need. A lot of people talk about Callaham guitar parts, but this guy out of MA makes way nicer stuff. He will make you pretty much whatever you need, in whatever size, out of any material, at a very reasonable price. I bought a brass trem block and saddles and some other parts from him and it’s top quality machining. I’m a TIG welder by trade and I can usually pick out good machine work when I see it. Another company makes titanium parts. They are called KTS. I bought some saddles from them. Real nice. I wrote this comment out for other people who may be looking for some quality parts. Bob, you’re not going to buy stuff from this guy because you can do it yourself, but others may want to see what this guy has. I can’t remember his name but he is a real nice guy. Like you, Bob.

Yes, I think he works with his dad in a basement shop.

There's another guy, Steven Davis who has a youtube channel where he gripes about the same thing, poor machining standards on todays high end guitars, Gibson burst repros to be specific. He makes abr replicas called 4 Uncles. They look pretty good, yet cost a fortune. He also makes PAF repros that are in the same category.

'If somebody would just make a decent bridge, I wouldn't have to do this.' Now that's an artisan's endictment of current guitar hardware manufacturing standards.
