That's quite amazing but I do think 11 minutes is compressing the project a bit too much. For example, you were making a part at 5:36 and I have no idea where it ended up. I know most people have 8 minutes of patience at most for anything but that's not all of us.
@MagicAtticGuitars2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Jozsef. I was making a headstock veneer and I just realised I used a different peace in the next shot. My mistake. I sometimes forget all the details of every step by the time I'm done with the build. I might do some longer videos or series in the future.

You're good at what u do, but try leaving out the crappy blaring music in your video's......its annoying.

Thank you. I did my later videos without music.

Nice build, two questions: 1. What do you call the thin black stripe in the middle of the laminated neck and where can I buy? 2. Is that an einhell planer/ thicknesser and is it any good?
@MagicAtticGuitars2 жыл бұрын
Thanks. The black stripe is a veneer. I bought it at a local lumber store called Jeles. Einhell planer thicknesser I not a best quality. It works but it is not the most acourate and it is not easy to get it set up. I would recommend getting a more quality one for guitar building.

Missed this one. Another great build, really nice and so many future opportunities using this style to put so many thing floating in the epoxy to personalize it to whom evers taste. Curious, since the wood you used was green when you started and you said that the heat from the epoxy curing caused it to dry and move, have you had any further movement since you finished it or did the epoxy heat, do a super dry on it?
@MagicAtticGuitars2 жыл бұрын
Thanks man. It was pretty much stable after it moved the first time. I gave it some time before continuing with the build. The wood wasn't actually green, it was just stored outside. Probably the change of temperature and humidity after I took it inside caused the warping.
