Beautiful project. I recommend going all 3 phase circuit. That will Gurantee you have a buffer in case in the future you decide to add more electrical equipment to your property. Also make sure your electrician is using the right wire Guage to wire your property for the right equipment. I recommend adding a Voltage regulator after your main power switch to prevent sudden high unfiltered Voltage that comes to your house destroying your equipment from the city power. Especially during power outage. Also ensure that the electrician is not running multiple equipment on a single circuit. Major equipment should have their own circuit with its own breakers. Very important you add an RCD to your power circuit. It prevents humans from getting shock in case there is water intrusion in around your power or defective equipment problems.
