Hello, please. I have a question: I don't see a lot of waterproof membranes. Why is it so? I always discuss it with our mason: why does nobody raise the line foundation walls up to soil level (even a bit higher) and start so early with the block work? Blocks are like sponges, sucking in the ground water. Are the costs the only reason?
