Hi Kingsley, I am soo happy you mentioned the P-Trap. When not installed, the living areas with water outlets connected to the septic tank smell like toilet. I experienced this at an Airbnb in Ghana and have been curious as to the cause of the smell. Guys, this is point is not to be missed if you are constructing. No amount of fragrance will mask the nasty smell. Thank you Kingsley & Crystal

@@kingstal90 it's such a simple and I'm not sure why plumbers don't know it. My house doesn't have one for the kitchen so I've had to use strong chemicals occasionally to kill smell. Such a shame

@@aberba the cost is very low to instal a P-trap in you pluming. Maybe you have already spent more in chemicals.

How are you guys going to open the top cabinet behind you at 2:19 mins mark of the video. Seems like its being blocked by the other corner cabinet and also aren't the very top cabinets too high?

Its an L-shaped corner cabinet. You don't need access via both doors. Just one door is enough and you still access the full volume of the cabinet. Cabinet height is what we like and asked for, not too high for us. thanks for your comment

No obstruction Its an L shaped corner cabinet You only need access via one door which still gives you access to the entire volume of the cabinet. No issues Thanks for the comment

@@aberba - I get 3 different quotes and compare. Normally two of them are around a similar figure. thats the only way I know how. But also ask how many days work (if labourers or masons) and use 100ghs per day for each man as a good guide.
