Using artisans and trades people to build is a lot of work and one has to have lots of patience. There is a difference using an Engineering Construction Company and using an Artisans or a one man hustler.

Yes, it happens all the time, so you just have to try to make sure the house is secured. They may even still try, but at least you've made it much harder for them, and more likely they can get caught.
