One thing I want to acknowledge and commend you for is the way you treat your workers. I love the fact that you treat them like equals unlike the human beings that they truly are. I love how you guys bring them food and even though you don't speak the language, you still try to converse with them and bring a little light-heartedness into their day. Doing that type of backbreaking work is no joke, especially in that heat. My hat is off to every single one of those workers. What's even more amazing is that they are still able to smile and be pleasant.

@kinzababe1 I was just thinking about your kitchen for both the ground floor room and the apartment upstairs, I think if you will be using gas cookers, it will be best they one of the pressure pipes for plumbing to run it all the way to the location of the kitchen so that you can run the gas hose through all the way up to both kitchens from the gas cylinders downstairs outside in a gas cylinder safe. Its a way to secure your gas cylinders outside the home and also helps and prevent having to carry it upstairs each time you get it refilled.

Yes that is a great idea 🙏🫶🏾❤️that’s who we do it in the islands. We keep our gas tank outside. However the pipes has already been installed so to bring the plumber back out to run theses pipes it will be to much. I’ll have to do this in my next project.

Kinza you're preaching!!! It's crazy how people come from the West acting privileged. They watch all of theses YT videos and it never sync in their brains. Then be disappointed after the smallest of problems. Then run to YT and talk as if the country as a whole is horrible. When they should just say it's not for them. It's not for everybody nowhere on earth is for everybody. And the fighting and tearing down each other just makes no sense.

In the first place, these entitled prople do not move there for the right reasons and they don't go there with the intention of GENUINELY integrating with the people and culture. Greetings family, God bless you for doing such a great job, having the right team of workers makes a huge difference. I would love to know if any worker would know of dependable workers in Volta region..Kinza we have gone through 4 different persons digging a well for nearly5 months... I want to come in September but as a senior I at least want to see some progress...the well for the community willbe a start to have water to at least build the wall

Hi sweetie. pie, apparently they used a machine, found stones, was to get a machine to take them out, machine broke, as according to the young man in charge some money was exchanged first, machine never get fixed to finish the work, one other person came and made a second area, seemed that it was going ok but not so, now other one came working like snail and want money, money and lunch. which we absolutely don't mind feeding the workers, but they work 2-3 days and want seven days of food....It almost feels unreal, this is just a simple well

If the land has a lot of stones it could be problematic. I would say keep trying but sometimes there are places where you can’t get a borehole.

Please tell them to pack your wood and other materials in a very good place because you might need them again. Anytime you go to your property, please wear safety boots. I was in Ghana about 4 months ago, when I was walking on my property, I stepped on Neil so I quickly went to a nearby clinic to have a shot💉 or injection against any infection

Every country has issue not only Ghana.we saw a lot of Americans building houses and businesses in Ghana and they’re happy leave in Ghana.
