a suggestion that might be cool: for the back section with the log flume splashdown, you could theme it to the spinosaurus river battle at the end of JP3, that way you could make the boat on one side, just the sail of the spino on the other side, and maybe have a flare shooting over the riders head as if the boat is attacking the spino (if thats even possible)

You should check out the workshop for dinosaurs-it’s amazing! Also, you might want to work more with lighting; I think it could make a big difference. Take a look at some workshop ideas for inspiration. It might take some time, but you’ll see that almost anything is possible in this game.

In the raptor cage launch, you should sync the track with the lights. This way the lights can turn on/change color as the train passes by each one. Changing the lights to red or orange would be cool as well. 8:47

Im a JP Fan and I love this area so much! It's pretty sad that there arent any dinosaurs in Planet Coaster 2, but the buildings, the nature etc. are amazing. It was worth the wait.

a suggestion that might be cool: create with animatronic pieces plants that move, like if some dinosaurs were moving through the plants, similar to river adventure at universal hollywood ride :) it's an easy effect to make and might work so well, and if u synchronize it to the ride to be active when the train comes would be amazing

Benny the problem with the log flume is that there's currently a glitch that resets ride interval so if your flume has an elevator or similar piece that requires a certain interval because of the reset ride interval the flume will either crash into an empty elevator or crash into another flume. Re-check and re-fix the ride interval after each start up. Yes, this is a new bug they introduced. Yes, it's super annoying.

You should add some dilapitated-looking wooden siding to the log flume wherever the track kind of sticks out. I think it would add a cool effect making it appear as if it has been repaired in some areas due to something (like a dinosaur) damaging it.

When using the rotation symmetry method you have to use a piece that is on the grid to get a centred anchor point, there is a 4 metre pillar that is perfect for it.

For the scenery Brush, you can turn on and off path placement. You can also turn on align to surface to get it to look better.

I had an idea for what you could do with the dinosaurs. You can put just parts of them at a time so you don’t have to make the most realistic thing out of random objects. You could do a mouth of a T. rex coming out of the roof of a cave or a building and just make the teeth and mouth the only thing visible. Or put a dense area of tree and make the torso of one coming from deep in the forest. Jurrasic world boat ride in California does this to save money 😂

Bird cage very doable. Easy way - try scaling up globe piece. Not sure what it’s called but I think it’s in centerpieces. It already looks like the JP3 cage - although don’t know if it can scale enough. Harder way. Using a balcony column as a center point, you can rotate pieces perfectly 180. Once you’ve done that, you can delete the center column and your remaining pieces will rotate with a perfect center point. Look up how to make a dome in a planet game. Same principle in all of them
