dun sa isyu arki sa bitin sa height? i believe improvise sa bottom like a zocalo type to meet the required wall height coverage. sa dowel naman medyo nakaapekto sa labor bumagal kasi may drilling at structural adhesive works pa, pwede siguro like sa conventional na nilalagyan na ng abang. informative video. Good day arch, pwede bang gawing cantilever slab yan na walang cantilever beam kasi may ipapatong na eps exterior wall na 10 ft ang taas along the edge nung cantilever slab para maging overhang, kung 1 ft lang naman ang width nung overhang?

Kailangan, sa design phase pa lang, familiar na dapat tayo sa available size ng panels ng ERC. Pero, ang concern ko talaga is kung matibay siya? Kung okay ba siya sa climate natin?(from what I understand, this tech started in a hot desert climate parang Nevada or Southern California.)

Definitely matibay sya...even higher psi than chb. As for the climate, the EPS serves as heat insulator.

Question? Sabay ba dapat mag palitada ang likod at harapan ng panel. Or pwede otherside muna pag tapos na yung other side naman. Para di gumuho qng pader. Pappano pag nasunog ang bahay di kaya matunaw yung styro sa loob na syang magpphina sa structure neto.

Pwd naman pagsabayin ang palitada sa likod at harap...dahil nk-fixed ang panel at may wiremesh/dowels kaya hnd ito guguho basta-basta. Good point ung tanong mo na paano kng masunog...posible dn tlg na matunaw ang styro sa loob pero kagaya ng sabi ko, wala sa styro ang tibay ng panel. Nasa wiremesh at mga dowels kaya hnd ito basta-basta tutumba.

@@arkitekjon ang problema pag nasunog na yung styro. Matibay pero bawas na laluna siguro kung ginamitan ng pag papako sa dingdong parang mawawalan ng tibay. Hindi naman siguro sobrang kapal ng palitada ng ganan sir. Hindi man masira pah pinokpok ang kaso ampaw po ba ba walang laman. Tanung lang. Di tulad siguro ng hollwblock solid talaga. Saka depende na sa tibay ng semento ang ilalagay sa hollowblock at ipapalitada. Tanung lang sir

Hello, there is actually no fee simply for "signing of plans". Because "signing" is a guarantee that a particular Architect did it, or under his direct supervision. The Fee should be for his "professional services" as an Architect.

Good luck in day to day inhaling the benzene gas out of the stryrofoam at sa possible cancer na makukuha dito . Just saying, I hope the company did a research on the health hazard of the plastic used in construction.
