You sneaky, brilliant people! You've left room at the top of the Hill for the full-size 20th anniversary Bag End! (The size looked "off" in this, but you DID say you were carefully leaving room for future Hobbit Holes!)

Weta, you should sell kits of the diorama material-I'm sure a lot of folks would buy them. I have a bunch of the hobbit holes but no great way to display them, and I would love to do something like this, but on a smaller scale.

Theres tons of good companies that sell this already. And I believe I saw them using the products of Woodland Scenics. Google them.

This reminds me so much of the summer some friends and me built a part of Osgiliath and Ithilien for the Games Workshop LotR Miniature Game, while watching all the Extended Edition Making-Of DVDs over and over again. Guess it's time to start a new project. :D

Really should have cut the bases on each model into the ground to make them blend in.... personally I think this could have made it look a lot better.

Weta used to sell the map on their website. I was going to send you the link but I just went to their website and I don't see the map there any more. Maybe they'll get it back in stock at some point. It wasn't too expensive. The website is www.wetanz.com/.
