My house is on the market. My wife is saying no but as a man I lead. From a child the teachings of Marcus Garvey still resonates. This is what I see happening in a few years very soon. A lot more blacks will try coming to Africa but it will become more costly then. Now is the time. Its a small window. Imagine having your house paid for, a well to supply water and a few solar panel. What is my monthly expense excluding food which is cheap? You do the math. then a business turning over on the side.

Sounds good Jerry, I would encourage you to take a trip with your wife before you root up. We know the Western economy is going to shambles, however, I believe you should do it like us view the terrain before you settle in

Hi bro. Great project. As a fellow real estate developer, here is my word of advice; if you have multiple properties you are developing, buy a brick and tile making machine. You can bring in cement from Egypt by container. You will save big and if you are building for airbnb your ROI will be much bigger compared to buying your supplies from hardware stores. Good luck and keep up the good work

I from the U.S. and I am building a house there. I love some of the finishes I. Asar’s house like countertops, back splash and I emailed him to find out where he sourced them. Can you ask him to shoot me an email? I am meeting with my contractor there next week.

I don't know about the situation in DRC, and I have no control. I'm staying in the moment because if the Saudis and Chinese are here pumping in millions, who am I to worry about that. I ride the waves with the BIG Boys because they have inside information that allows them to be at peace.
