Take in the bathroom one tile, scoot the island closer to the kitchen, add a laptop and bookshelves (and maybe a dining table in the big empty space the island leaves) and this could be a really nice flat. I do like the colours.

if you put cheats on and then bulldoze an apartment lot then it gets rid of it. I mean it works for me and then I can change the windows, wall height etc. ⚠️NO MODS⚠️ not to sure why though but maybe try it?
