Oh boy are you in for it. We just re-did our 3 car garage. Made the 1 car area my spot for tools, workbench, yadda yadda. We painted it a tri-color white up top, black stripe in the middle and gray along the bottom. We bought shelves and these metal pegboards from Wall Control. We also had the floors epoxied, but I sure as hell wasn't doing it. Lol If I had Instagram, I'd share some pics. Looking forward to what comes of yours!

Ok first off you get your paint done, then you could either buy a couple of rolling tool cabinets and put those across the back to use as storage and a work surface, leave a gap between the two of them so you have a place for a stool and or trash can. Or you could go the cantilever rout and hang a bench made out of 2 x 4's or 2x6's and run a support leg from the front corners to the back wall so you have room for larger storage underneath. I myself would go with the first idea and get rid of the smaller tool box you currently have. I would also put up some sort of cabinet on the wall, it could be recycled kitchen cabinets or something like gladiator cabinets or find something off craigslist. I would run at least like a four foot power strip across the back for powering stuff up and some sort of under cabinet lighting ( simple LED string lights from amazon would be cheap and work fine.) Then I would take advantage of some of the ceiling height you have and make a shelf that runs around the top of the garage that can store plastic totes so you can get the stuff up off the floor and just label them so you know what is in them. Remember anything you put in make sure its on wheels, I have a small garage ( 11 by 20 and no car will fit lol) But I do wood working in there and everything moves. Also a couple of fold up work surfaces you can move out of the way but when needed the legs fold out and can be used and when your done boom put it away. I got a few ideas lol I would love a spot like yours but just because you set it up once doesn't mean it will stay that way. Once you work in it you will see what kind of work flow you have and may need to change for your specific work your doing.

I do like the spyder headlights however you did an awesome job modifying the stock ones it came out great I actually really like it! But maybe a workbench and whatnot for that space against the back wall? Just a nice little work area to use when, modifying parts for example lol. Maybe some tool storage underneath to keep it organized and practical for working on things. And some nice bright LED shop lights, the 4’ HT led shop lights at Wally World aren’t bad at all if you wanna save some money, they have two different ones same size just ones a little brighter then the other but there both under $30 if I remember correctly.

I'd build a nice workbenches, with drawers, a drink fridge built in, and a stainless steel top. Then have some upper cabinets with a TV mounted in between.

If u put back on the spyder headlights then get fan less led lights for your low beams I have seen a lot of people putting new fan less led’s on spyder headlights and they come out good

I would put in some Led lights, epoxy the floor for easy clean up, along with very clean and professional looking. Can even throw in the black n blue flakes to go with the truck or your colors of the garage you are going to paint it. Definitely need a fridge! Maybe a TV and some speakers. Keep up the great work!

After you do the epoxy floors place a piece of carpet where the tires sit doesnt have to be a huge piece . It will save the floor

I like the start of your new garage! Is that tool set the Craftsman 450 piece? If so, I just bought the same one this weekend. I'd recommend a big air compressor for hand tools and whatever else.

Not certain on the tool set as it was a gift. The toolbox was given to me by my grandfather when he passed. Love craftsman tools, best out there.

This I kinda ghetto but. You hang a buoy from a fishing string on the ceiling and when you back the truck in and tap the back window you'll be in between the wall and garage door. Back the truck in first then hang the buoy though.
