Doug make sure they use waterproof gyprock in the kitchen and bathrooms. Also when the house is prepped for paint make sure the paper is taped securely to floor, and wax paper is used for around door frames. Painters always leave a fucking mess..

Hey man, i build houses for a living. We put the wood floors in last in house because they get damaged easily with all the workers in there. MAKE SURE they cover it or it will get dings and stuff in it. If they dont when you do you final walks with the builder you will have alot of repairs needed at the end, and with wood floor sometimes when they lay the wood and have to repair it, they cant always match the color of the wood. Just a heads up! house looks clean and good man!!

I actually suggested it in the first house video you did. It would be perfect for you and Yanet. And when you do have kids, going to the gym will be harder to make time for so having one right under your house is ideal! The gaming room is amazing and probably my favourite room in the house (in its current state). I wish there was some glass in that mahogany door to let more light in but I guess a solid one is safer, intruder wise! Keep us updated.
