Content Suggestion: how about a design po of a house fitted or can accomodate to elder or retiring people or PWD's. Lets say 200 sq. Interior lot or end lot 😊 Most of your videos po kc are fitted for young family and active people.(with all stairs and loft style) And many Filipino middle class family or individual usually afford either interior lot or, irregular shaped lot, or end lot. And since most Filipino keep their elder family with them (as part of our values), most of the houses' spaces here should at least be accessible to elders or pwd's

Good evening Sir Oliver. Ako po si Chris OFW from UAE. Gustong gusto ko po kayong pinapanood kasi dream ko rin pong magkaroon ng sariling bahay kasi umuupa lng po kami. Sana po makapag feature po kayo ng low budget, practical, modern minimalist na bungalow house sa tulad namin na OFW like 1M ang price with 3 bedroom sana para po magkaroon kami ng idea atleast at makapag ipon po. Kahit hanggang 1.3M na price ng house. Para mas lalo po kaming mainspire na makapag ipon at makapagpadala ng magandang bahay na not too high ang budget. Thanks po.

Suggest lang Mr Oliver, gawa po kayo ng content na 36 sqm townhouse na swak sa budget and quality yung build when it comes to partitions and other stuff. Isa po ako sa madaming tao na kumukuha now ng mga townhouse na binebenta sa iba't ibang bahagi ng pilipinas and for my experience, naghahanap kami ng design kung san pwede ma maximize yung space while having a swak budget. Malaking tulong rin to sa mga taong nakakuha na ng unit at may plano magpa renovate. For ideas nadin. Salamat! More Power po!

Looks like a Silicon Valley incubator house. Aren't you interested in IoT like smart locks for easy keyset mgmt (or lack thereof), no matter your employee churn rate. You could also take care of their health with having an "Intelligent Toilet" once they come out with something more viable and reasonable price point. I also haven't seen/heard you incorporate routers, switches, AP's, and ETH cabling, that sort of thing, into your videos. I think your audience would love to hear your design ideas on the matter. Kudos on your clean videos with the right balance of "cheesiness" that targets a wide demographic of Filipinos. Your work is fire bruh! Keep it up!

The major comment I have after seeing this video is good luck cleaning this house. I didn't notice a utility/laundry room. Given that this house has five floors, you probably ought to have an elevator, as well as a laundry chute somewhere. Having vacuum cleaner tubes embedded in some of the walls of each floor might make life more convenient.

Why would the house need an elevator when the second floor is a separate unit, the third floor is a separate unit, the fourth floor which is on the same level with the higher road is a separate unit. The second floor can be accessed from the lower road while the 3rd floor can be accessed either from the lower road or from the higher road.
