hi, did you have a builder do it or did you do yourself?, what is the overall size of the home and can you give a budget estimate of the cost to build?the house looks amazing and its great to see a home that is not built looking typical of other homes. Well done!

hi, we had only an office who professionalised my drawings and calculated all materials. we have 135 sqm and just the house is about 1.5-1.7 millions thb. including everything like kitchen and bathrooms and aircons.

Ok..thats a very good price.....so you buily it yourself using trades you found....is that right?

We built on our own with helo from whole village 😅 and bought all materials step by step on our own. we had a technician with us and his crew. without that it would have been 400k cheaper, but difficultwith all the wirings and watersystem and kinda stuff.

Hey James we drew it on our own idea and let an office make the official drawing and calculating of materials.
