මෙහේ ගොඩක් ගෙවල් වල frame එක ලී වලින් හදන්නෙ. Building company එක ගෙදර structure එකට අවුරුදු 30ක වගකීමක් දෙනවා. මේ ගැන තව දන්න අය ඉන්නවා නම් කමෙන්ට් කරන්න.

This is influenced by various factors such as climate, availability of resources, and construction traditions. Speed of construction is vastly improved by the use of the construction material. Above all climate is the reason why wood is being used for majority of constructions. As seasons change 4 times during an year house needs the breathing of shrinking and expansion, also the ability to keep insides in alternative temperatures when its too cold or too warm. Having said that there isn't a regulation against entirely brick based or concrete based building. Some structures are made using steal and filled in using materials like Hebal.

In our case we inquired from several small builders and their prices were higher and we wanted to go with a reputed builder. Depending on your situation you'll need to do your own research and decide.

ඉතාම හොඳ vedio එකක් ඔය වගේ විස්තරාත්මක් එකක් දැක්කෙ අද තමයි. ඉස්සර හදපු ගෙවල් වල කොංක්‍රීට් ස්ලැබ් තිබුනෙ නැහැ. ගොඩනැගිල්ල තිබුණෙ ලී කණු උඩ. යට තිබුණේ නිකම් පොලොව. ග්ලෙන් වේවලි වල මා ඇවිදින කොට දැක්කා කොංක්‍රීට් ස්ලැබ් දාලා ඒ උඩ ලී ෆ්‍රේම් එක ගහනවා. ඊට පසු තමයි සමහර තැන්වල් ඔය කොංක්‍රීට් ඝනකම අඩුකරන්න ෆෝම් යොදා ගත්තෙ (මා හිතන් විදියට). මාත් ඔය ෆීල්ඩ් එක ගැන උනන්දුවක් තිබුණ නිසා එගැන හොයා බැලුවා. මගේ පුතාල දෙන්නම ගෙවල් තුනක් හැදුවා. ඒවායේ ෆොටෝ තිබුණට ඔය ව්ගේ වීඩියෝ එකක් කරන්න බැරි උනා. එක්කෙනෙග්ගෙ ආසාවක් තියෙනවා ඔය වාගේ පරණ ගෙයක් අරගෙන ගෙවල් දෙකක් හදන්න. ඉතින් ඔබ දෙපළට බොහොම ස්තූතියි මෙහෙම දැණුවත් කළාට.

Name of the company is Owner Inspections. They will allocate one of the available inspectors. We will continue working with them for our next projects as well.

Hi LoRas team Just want to know whether you had to do termite protection in your build? Have you gone into occupation yet, if so, could you do a house tour. From my observations, your daughter doesn't seem to be taking an active interest in your vlogs, Is it because she's not conversant with sinhala.

Yes, the builder is to provide certification for termite protection. We'll definitely do a full house tour when everything is complete. My daughter can speak Sinhala to a certain extent, she is just not much interested in making videos in general 😊

This is everyone ' s common sense. Don't think people are stupid. Also sites inspectors are friends and they know each other. When we built our house I knew I understood they knew each other 😂
