I don't know when you would ever need that kind of movement but If it was a Tabaxi barbarian with the totem of the eagle instead they could move a total of 640ft in one turn. That's just insane.

Hi Kelsey, welcome to Weirdlings! Love that you are trying something new, Rouge & in person game too. I’m here to wish ya luck, you got this. If ya want advice I’m here, if not that’s ok. 😺 Ok, advice time. I’m so happy with this character! I was actually an Inquisitor Tabaxi Rouge for a one off in January, it’s pretty awesome. I like that you changed the name of Feline Agility. So long as you have a key for what means what, it helps you remember your abilities. Sometimes forgetting an ability will mean life/death. Don’t be afraid to scout ahead. You’re super stealthy and can be very good at looking about for foes and such. When fighting, I recommend being at range with your Shortbow. (But my Barbarian can grant advantage, which means sneak attacks all the time!) While that is true, along with your good HP, you are still squishy. I’d say attacking at range, picking off those foes from far away, while being the buffer that protects your Bard and Warlock, (they are glass cannons), would be smart. Don’t do that -5 for sharpshooter unless you have advantage. You get one ranged attack per turn, it’s awesome when it works but it’s risky. Keen mind allows you to not take notes and your DM has to tell ya those details ya saw/what happened sessions ago. Still take notes, but your DM is required to help. (Look up Caleb from Critical Role for a good example.) I’m curious as to why Intelligence over Wisdom. The way you described C’Dedra my understanding was that she didn’t know things, but she knew how to get info. I’ll trust your judgement though, this is your character and it would be interesting to see an inquisitive rouge who’s not the wisest in the bunch. Get more dice! One set might work for online games, but in person it’s nice to roll all your dice at once. Plus you’ll need them for sneak attacks. It’s okay to ask for help when adding, numbers aren’t everyone’s thing. I ask for help sometimes when I want to talk to an NPC because I’m not very good with people. Finally: Ear for Deceit can negate a Natural 1! It’s a shocker, but it’s true. The wording says you choose to do either D20+Insight or DC(8+Insight) to detect lies, after seeing the D20 roll.

A bit nit-picky, perhaps, certainly a day late _and_ a gold piece short, but with Tabaxi, the first name is what she chose for the last name, and they have a clan name. As an example, the Tabaxi rogue I'm building is named "Hidden Gift", though, she goes by "Hidden", as they usually shorten the name to a nickname for use by others, and she hails from the Flickering Jungle clan. Granted, I'm going explicitly by the book on this build, but my rogue's full name is, Hidden Gift ("Hidden"), of the Flickering Jungle clan.

I think the claws should be a choice, since you grew up using them. Either you have learned to build up strength and use that for maximum attack or you have learned where to strike at a foe with precision, as in a finesse weapon. Also, would have switched int and wis scores, but that's me maxing.

Actually, yes I did! My father read Belgariad and loved it, so he named our family cat C'Nedra (I looked it up...he spelled it Ce'Nedra...but that's not how my mom taught me to spell it so here we are) and that delightful little feline became the inspiration for this name. I was SO hoping someone would catch it. You are now my favorite.

I adore that book series! I grew up on the Belgariad and Mallorean. TBH the reason I clicked on the video was I saw the name on the thumbnail and went "Ok someone else is a nerd about his and I must know who" Fun fact, it's supposed to be spelled with a X, but the Tolnedrans Ce'Nedra grew up with spelled it with a C because that's how it sounded and she never corrected them.

Noble background for a tabaxi is a bit weird isn't it? A race that does not trade and does not care for wealth in the least? And as far as I know they live in groups of 6 called a hunt. I could see being adopted by a Wood Elf noble as they usually live near to them? Do they have nobles? But the skills are obviously the most useful. With a tabaxi you already have stealth and perception and if you get persuasion from the background nothing can stop you. :) as most people will not see this far in my post I can let out my surprise about the stats. I understand that roleplay can be more improtant then maximizing, but isnt this archetype all about wisdom? And Curiosity may kill the cat, but as wisdom is survive and huntig and intelligence is reading and religion. I would say a cat is more wise then smart? And as we are already on it swap dex and cha for 16(+3) 16 instead od 17, 15 and buy a crossbow. :) nothing would contradict the chara she described, but i would be better in any circumstance. I mean it is not so devastating like a int 11 wizard or A cha 11 bard but still why would you take a profession in which you are average when you would be for example a better arcane trickster with int 14? Would you really work as a average or even bad HR manager when you could be a great or over average sales guy or vice versa?

Honestly I can't wait to figure out how this cat is noble exactly. And as for the CHR maxing here, I'm not sure it makes that big of a difference. Charisma is her 2nd highest stat with a +2 modifier. Now if she was working a +0 modifier for charisma I might agree. But to each their own. -Mark
