Man, one thing i'd like to see in CS2 is some kind of modifier for height on the high-rise apartment blocks. Seems like everything is either 5 storeys tall or just absolutely FUCK-off huge, and it just doesn't look right. I mean those skyscrapers in that line there look taller than most tall buildings in central Tokyo. Like they'd be in the top 10.

Traffic would function properly if "turn signals" at lights actually existed. Currently they don't, so traffic that wants to cross oncoming traffic has to force it's way through.

Loving the new series, not sure if it's easily possible in game (I used a mod for in in CS1) but removing the pedestrian crossings on busy intersections and giving them under/overpasses to cross instead can really help with traffic, if there's no tool for it in game then IIRC the proper highway roads can't have traffic lights or pedestrian crossings (at least in CS1) so are great for things like roundabouts where you need traffic to keep moving (you could potentially swap the 4 short 1 way roads in the city centre to this & the exit road sections to allow constant flow but I don't know how they work in CS2 in regards to allowing building placed/zoned alongside them as in CS1 I believe you couldn't which obviously limits it's usage in places). Hope some of that made sense and look forward to seeing how the city evolves

If you treat your central square like a roundabout and make cars coming on give way to cars already on that might help your traffic! I think a lot of cars are just getting stuck at traffic lights when there isn't any traffic coming the other way :O

@@AngoryTom In the roads menu, on the tab at the very right hand side there are road options. You might need to remove traffic lights so select them then right click on the junction, then select the stop signs and place them on the junctions for roads coming onto the square, but not for roads that are part of the square (if this makes sense?). This gives traffic on the square priority, allowing it to clear before new traffic comes on. Hope this helps!

I think you should add foot bridges to cross main roads instead of pelican crossings as that is what is stopping a lot of your cars and causing traffic
