Total OM for any direction is not matching with the ETABS response plot results. What am i missing? Kindly suggest

1. in P-Delta check you took shear force at bottom level of the story. Here you take shear force at Top level. 2. Also in P-Delta check, you took total shear at story level. Here you took individual story shear for calculation... please explain.

dear, he has mistake not in calculation but title he should put difference shear between stories. in overturning the difference of shear that affect moment overturning and not shear it self

why haven,t you included live load and floor finish as buildng weight?

Floor finish applied as dead load in this structure. And live load will not be included for building weight for overturning.

How you determine the safety factor please tell the formula

This is code requirement. Safety factor have to be more than 1.5, It's not coming from any formula.

Then you need to design deeper foundation, so that foundation wall will counteract some of the lateral forces ....

I got this from a research journal, there they mentioned as per code. But unfortunately not specified the code name. I will check, if I get I will let you know in sha Allah. Another reference is same safety factor maintained in Retaining wall overturning.
