My next build in 2024 will be getting these. The garage will eventually get a mini-split and we are hoping to seal the door as best we can. Appreciate the info.

I'm thinking more and more about venting the Heat Pump Water Heater to the outside. Supposedly AO Smith makes a bolt on kit. I would imagine Rheem does too. Those heat pumps really do freeze the garage out. That's my less expensive idea vs. providing a Sanden HP water heater. Not gonna happen on a spec house! 😆

These are great in a hot garage during the summer. In the winter, depending on demand, heat pump only just may not produce enough hot water

I'm looking for more essential info and it's a challenge to find that. I kept it on double speed and FF to get to about a minute of what the ThermoTraks are actually shown in action.

What is your opinion on purchasing the Track Bracket Kit from ThermoTraks? I have a newly installed Amarr garage door and someone mentioned in his review that his original brackets were too short and he was unable to install the thermotraks. Thank you
