how can i delete atoms to cut the crystal on VESTA?

On the left side of the VESTA window, you'll find the "Selection Mode" options. Click on the "Atom" mode. Now, you can click on individual atoms in the 3D view to select them. Selected atoms will usually be highlighted. After selecting the atoms you want to delete, press the "Delete" key on your keyboard or right-click and choose "Delete" from the context menu. The selected atoms will be removed from the crystal structure.
