I stress this point a lot with our clients: you can't build a strong house on a weak foundation. This is a fundamental principle for strength training, whether we're helping an athlete return from a serious injury like this ACL or if we're doing our sports performance training. Your foundation is everything so make sure that it is super strong before you try crushing more load than you can. Here is a glimpse at some early phase training with one of our athletes post ACLR to build her foundation back up.

Baffling how people who are young injure themselves so badly. Hopefully you understand this is a lifelong injury.
