Part 3 of the Stranded In Space campaign in Trailmakers, the game where I have to build and engineer my way off a stranded planet. Using my engineering judgement, a professional engineer is stranded on a planet in the middle of nowhere, all he has is a spanner and a lego hair-do... Can he build himself a way off this planet in Trailmakers? A professional civil engineer takes on the Trailmakers campaign!

If you want to more easily carry large "blobs" (y'know, what you like to call 'em) you need more weight on your vehicle, also, cannons are not at all needed in the campaign so just add more or better engines. As for airplanes, make them as light as you can and try to keep the center of lift and the center of thrust ln the same level, you should also need to make sure that it doesn't have too much lift in the front or in the back.

basically, to build a plane in this game, try making something realistic (in terms of physics and aerodynamism, appearance isn't important for it to work well) and adjust as needed. edit : if he is still trying to use guns in the next live, I will be really mad at my screen.

You can change vehicles mid air right before u hit the ground and for some reason it cancels the damage from hitting the ground:)

The barrier dispensor could be used to control the movement of your mcguffins, you know. No more worrying about then rolling down the hill, etc.

12:13 Your car was "rear-heavy", so you needed more wings in the back, not less (because wings generate lift, duh). That's why you backflipped faster after you removed the rear wings.

Quick tip: keep your center of lift always behind your center of mass and use a vertical stabilizer so it doesnt drift. Btw i love your Teailmaker videos!

You made me remember my first plane in this game: It was basically a propeller plane, but I didn't want to bother with flaps or anything, so turning left was props on the left side off, gravity brought my nose down, an upwards facing prop brought it back up. Also, I later added a jet engine to this, it was now faster to horribly fly.

You can make a low gravity car using the hoverblocks facing upwards (the hover boost thing has to point upwards) against a block
