Bro the upside down water chug is 100% legit I’ve been doing it since I was a kid. Work even better if you have an inversion table, makes your diaphragm work harder to keep the water going against gravity.

Best cure I found for hiccups is to down a big glass of cold water in one go, works for me 99% of the time. Colder the better. Great videos mate looking forward to catching up with all your work so far, have a great 2024
