I'd been on this platform since 2016; fast forward to 2024, and I was unceremoniously dumped from the platform. Had been fortunate to participate in an ongoing AI project. Don't know exactly what I did wrong or if it's something that could have been corrected; but it sure is a way to show appreciation for the workers that helped you grow.

@@JoinProlific I've been a dedicated participant on Prolific since last year, always providing high-quality responses, and I have received zero rejections from researchers. Yet, my account was suddenly placed on hold without any clear explanation. This is truly heartbreaking after all the time and effort I’ve put in. I know there are good people at Prolific, and I believe I do not deserve this at all-that’s why I even came here to KZbin, hoping someone would truly look into my case. This is so painful. All the work I put in, all the effort I gave-does it mean nothing? The bonuses I received from researchers clearly show that my work was valued. My messages are full of compliments from researchers appreciating my contributions and rewarding me with bonuses. I even had a scheduled test this week, but now I can’t participate. And today, I just received another bonus, even after a week of being on hold! How does this make sense? It hurts seeing that researchers still recognize my good work, yet I am unable to continue contributing. These researchers need me, and I need this platform too. My ticket number is #520471. I truly hope Prolific will take a closer look at this and give me a fair chance. Please don’t just dispose of people who have been committed to the platform.

@@JoinProlific I appreciate your response. I logged into my Prolific account for the first time in awhile because I received an email from a requester. Previously (since I had been banned), all the studies were gone and the message counter showed nothing. Now, I can see there are studies on the dashboard, and the message counter shows 7. However, the page is dimmed and I can't click on anything. What the heck does this mean? What's going on?
