Please get Fatima home to her family! We miss her so much, and your videos are so much better with her in them. She is a wonderful mother and wife, her children need her. If she can not be cured where she is, PLEASE move her somewhere better. She should have recovered already from a pulmonary embolism. She likely would not be 100%, but she should have been discharged already.

I suspect that she's had a stroke from one of those blood clots. I had a blood clot in my left leg that started in my pelvic area all the way down to my ankle and it involved the main artery and a secondary artery. I eventually had to have surgery on those veins in my thigh because the damage that was done, my body tried to build veins but just created edema to set in. The surgery did help, but I still need the stint. As a result of that huge clot, I also had three in my right lung. That means blood clots were breaking off and traveled to my lung. Even more dangerous. I was in the Heart ICU for three days getting three shots in my stomach at a time, and like three times a day. And IV antibiotics to combat sepsis. I survived it all. But it left me with an unsteadiness on my feet. That was almost 10 years ago. I still have the blood clot in my thigh and pelvis.

Dear Laila, you make rice with Raisin & sometimes seems like Lentils. It seems so delicious. You cook it like we do Pasta for spaghetti. Cooked in water & drained. I also wonder what is going on. Fatima has been in the hospital for over two months now. There is no reason when they were going to see her with the camera that she was put in a sedated state. I do think part of this is due to the curiosit being built in the video series. He has no interest in getting his wife home. I think that Layla has become the serigate wife and mother . Plus the owner of the land has not given it to him as we can tell. Lastly why in the world is he building a garden next to the bathrooms??? I would be very afraid that the waste which dumps into a hole he dug will leach into the garden soil. I HOPE that is not the plan!!!! Would it have made more sense to place the garden closer to the water source????????

I think the concern for most watching is that this place was to be temporary so Saladin coud be closer to the hospital and Fatima. While we all understand the importance of making the place habitable, Saladin is now making a garden as if he will be there longer term. Laila has been a tremendous blessing and help. I really do not know what Saladin would have done without her. However, she was a young girl in school, and not a mother and wife. Saladin should be spending the hours he is working on the garden, and other various projects, at the hospital with Fatima. He should be on top of the doctors treatment and insisting that they get Fatima better. If Saladin was at the hospital many hours a day while he has Leila with the children, I feel strongly that he would make sure they were getting Fatima treated and released. Leila is not the mother, or the wife! She should be able to get education while she can, because this is the time of life she can do it. Saladin, please spend more hours with Fatima every day. See how they are treating her illness. Insist the doctors get her well! Get her out of there and back to your family.
