The diffuser without the lights definitely looks better, and I think it is a more significant rake, which might make it slightly more effective. I don't think I'd do it because I want to keep my reverse lights, but if I was making content like you I'd probably do the cooler one 🤷‍♂️

Keep the c6 z. It’s a 7.0 427 that makes over 600 NA and it’s 3,000 pounds. They won’t make anything that light with an engine that has that displacement ever again.

Did the manufacturer of the roof provide a torque pattern for the installation? If you’re not cross torquing then it’s very possible that’s why the roof is denting and not sitting correctly.

It did come carbon from the factory on the zr1. The 2011-2013 z06 with z07 and CFZ packages like mine also got the carbon roof but painted black from the factory unfortunately

Targa top with the roof removed, not a convertible. If it were me, I'd get rid of the Supra and get a C7 Z06 to go along with the Z06 you have.
