i came up with my own solution to fix the no gasket flex. just don't screw it together with the pcb, maybe its just placebo but i do notice a difference personally

Nice and clean as well as chill video. Love it. Keyboard looks very good and sounds good too. You changed my mind from Aula f75 to M1 v3... Dang it😂

Glad to know I could help. Aula f75 is good but it is a beginner keyboard. This is a keyboard that you can actually call semi-premium | custom

@@hellomairingwell whatever I buy it will be my first keyboard. I rather have qmk/via instead of proprietary software

@@old_celestial QMK becomes a major criteria in selecting keyboards for many people. Especially if you have a mac and windows pc because cheaper keyboard's may have their own software but a lot of times they won't work in mac. So you have to change the macros in PC then use it in mac which is....... Also the fact that qmk works without needing any extra installation, directly on the browser is really the cherry on top

I'm a linux user.. so.. qmk makes😅 everything easy

quick dumb question: is it worth buying the M1W V3 "prebuilt" version? is it far worse than customizing xD. Somehow I rlly want that gradient grey keycap
@hellomairing3 ай бұрын
Buying barebone has some advantages, having control over what goes in your keyboard, knowing exactly how it is going to sound and look and not having to pay for something that you're not going to use anyway.(caps and switches) If you want to buy and be done with it. Maybe a prebuilt would be good.

Also I might be wrong, but last i checked the wireless version doesn't support QMK

Hello, I also got the keyboard and opened it out of curiosity. When closing it, I now have problems with the stabilizers, they don't lie exactly on top due to the foam, but they do at the bottom. Is that a problem? When I remove the foam, they lie perfectly.
@hellomairing3 ай бұрын
make sure that the small latch on the stabilizers are properly seated in, (It goes in the bigger hole for the stabs), it will make a distinctive click when you put in the stabs. With that even without the screws (for screw in stabs), it shouldn't move. If that is done properly, it will lie flat on the PCB and should fix it , (unless there is a manufacturing defect which i highly doubt)

@@hellomairing I confused the stabilizers with the gasket mount, I think it's normal there?
@hellomairing3 ай бұрын
@@nurtonii6822 just align the top case with the volume knob and push it gently.. The gaskets will fit if they are socked in properly
