Some kinda weird tips for allergies: 1) shower at night. This has been shown to help with allergies. The pollen, dust, etc gets into your sheets if you shower in the morning. 2) wearing a mask outside can prevent allergens from entering the body 3) eucalyptus oil

I'm allergic to everything all year round, but in the winter I usually switch to what I like to call the "hard stuff". It's just regular zyrtec but it also has pseudoephedrine in it. I think all the allergy meds have a version like this (the ones with the D at the end), but I find that zyrtec is the only one that doesn't make me super sleepy.

If your nose is stuffy (or even dripping, I know, yuck), my doc recommended trying azelastine nasal spray. Idk if it's OTC in Canada, but it works quite well when I remember to use it 😂 Also, while it could be annoying, if you were out and you know you're not going out again, showering or at least changing clothes and brushing the hair like your life depends on it helps sooo much. Air purifiers for the spaces you spend most time are great, but they have to have right filters. But to be honest, if I were you I would ask a doctor for a referral for allergy testing, just in case you're hella allergic to something you have contact with everyday now and you just never knew (like I'm 29 and I had tests finally done in Oct, turns out I had the worst reaction to nickel the doctor ever seen in her career). I hope you'll find a solution soon and it won't bother you much ❤️

You should do a challenge where you randomise a color, budget, and theme for each room of a house. So you can end up with a cottegecore blue 16,000 Simoleon living room, and a bathroom that is red, 2,000 Simoleon, and rustic themed. It would be so fun! You don't need to use 100% that color, but at least 90% of the items in each room must be majority in the color you got for the room.

OfCourse they are, they make electronic items and charge money for it. Thats ridiculous. I can't even be rich in a video game, let alone afford basic shelter in this society in real life. I paid $60 back in 2013-2014 for sims 4, and I refuse to pay $600 more dollars. It should be part of the game, at least clothing items. Crazy. $600 is A LOT for the majority of us.

this was me with KNJ, i love creators that post daily although it is probably stressful and time consuming but it helped me keep busy especially on the days where i was most depressed, watching these videos also helps with my ED because it brings me comfort which makes me eat/snack 🥲🤍

The front part of the building is so Aegean luxury villa! The white walls, blue shutters (shutters are essential in Greece!) and pink flowers scream greek island aesthetic! Well done!

for your dogs, lay a tarp down over the area they go potty. that way you only need to move the tarp and not have to shovel the snow. when theyre done, you just put the tarp back down.

I live in the UP of Michigan & it has been absolutely miserable lately with the freezing temperatures and the wind chill. Love this build (and all your builds tbh) SO much!!! Always so fun to watch!! An idea for a build challenge: every room is a different colour, but try not to use that colour. You'd use the colour tags as normal, but youd try to use swatches that dont seem to belong to that tag. Like, a VERY purple swatch of the HSY geometric wallpaper is tagged as white so maybe you'd use that if you got white, that kinda thing. It kinda be like a "how colourful can you make a technically monocolour room" kinda thing! I think it would so fun and just a silly challenge!
