Would love to see a play series with this one. A 20ish adult takes in a bunch of teens in an abandoned general store and builds a home with them. Have a rule that each teen has to find/barter/thrift (not steal!) a home item, complete a house chore, build something, etc to be allowed to stay each week. The sleeping bags could be for probation teens who haven't earned their place yet.

i imagine that each teen has come from different home lives. in my head, most of the teens here didn't imagine themselves going to school again, but theres one teen who is a little more mature. maybe they left home because of neglectful parents but they still want to make a future for themselves and are trying to go to college, and they encourage the other teens to do the same and tutor the younger sims :)

omggg i used to have daydreams about this kind of stuff as an angsty kid. just the concept of a bunch of kids of different troubled backgrounds creating a home together and becoming a found family...i used to yearn for it, it was my escapist fantasy lol so this build definitely appealed to that part of me

I would definitely put pet bowls/bed under the Livingroom car. Since its debug, sims and pets can walk through it. And id add the cat and dog hangout lot traits so that strays come here as well and the teens relate to them bc they feel they're also strays!
