Our Story:
We are five years into a seven year effort of transforming 20 acres of "Piney Grove" in Northwest Florida into our dream homestead/mini farm to be filled with animals and joy. We plan to have a variety of miniature critters on our pastures, raise free-range chickens, grow fish in our pond, garden, plant fruit and nut trees, and harvest wild game. Our goal is
to escape the stresses of corporate life and embrace all that country living
has to offer as we enter the next chapter of our lives. Follow along on our

My dad and offsider built a similar shed 40 years ago. It was built out of a combo of timber from the farm with framing and metal roofing bought. Today it is housing equipment worth many thousand of dollars, protecting them from the elements.

Excellent! As I mentioned before, I grew up on a farm in Ohio and we needed electric for the block heater for the diesel tractor and also heaters for water, troughs, lights, etc. and the Haybale elevator. Just mentioning that brings back some nightmares.😂😂😂😂

Hey. I'm not a fan of bringing the metal all the way down to the ground like that in Florida they have precast concrete panels that are 6 inch thick that are designed that you attach your like pole barn to so you have like 60 inches off the ground so that it protects from rain splatter and for just bumping into it or something like that or you know
