Honda uses Dual-Axis front suspension setup with aluminum lower arms and steering knuckles to control the torque steer.

Great video, as a added bonus mod you guys could look into Orbis wheels turning the type r from front wheel drive to all wheel drive, which also comes with 50hp from each back wheel. From 306hp to 406hp. Making the type r a badass awd beast. Just a thought

It's the 20's and the weight that help! Honda engineered them to help. I put 22 lb sparco pro corsa's on mine same fitment as the tsws are. Hope your on the 20ish lb range on wheel weight. That should help keep that torque steer down. The eps does have an assist and the LSD honda uses is sooo good!

A good car hack to minimize under hood temps is to remove the weatherstrip at the rear of the hood on the valance. You may reduce temps 10° - 14°. I think torque steer has more to do with the axle shaft length being close to equal as possible. Correct me if I'm wrong...

Not true on these cars, the passenger side shaft is nearly a foot longer. Just had to swap the trans in mine

@@connekts it must be an ancient Japanese secret how gonna handles the torque steer then. What causes some powerful FWD cars to have torque steer and some don't?

@@PANTYEATR1 could be in the steering rack, power steering system and things like that. I have a steering stabilizer on my quad that helps keep the handlebars straight in rough conditions, just a theory though. Im a mechanic not an engineer haha

@@connekts I'm an advanced diesel mechanic and i have a 1997 Dodge neon (like Ricky's son has) and I'm pushing close to 400hp with it and it doesn't have torque steer. I don't know if the SRT4 has torque steer, but i don't recall anybody complaining about it. Not for the Chevy cobalt or the high powered VW golfs. Hopefully someone that knows will chime in...

I've asked this before but never gotten a good answer, so I have to try again. When you're doing this kind of "rebuilds" on car thats still under warrenty, what happens to that warrenty? If you void it, does Throtl provide some kind of warrenty to the winner? The reason Im asking is just because I know most of your builds wouldn't even get apporved for road use here in Norway :D
