Ive owned my Giulia Quadrifoglio since 2018 , by the end of 2019 I was well on my way to having every mod. The best preventative mod is the forge Motorsport recirculating valve! The stock system is crap and breaks with tunes. I have near 630hp and so this was a must, but the stock system broke while on the dyno.

You did well around the "Ring", yes you could have gone faster and there's places where you can be more aggressive, but you had a passenger in a newly rebuilt car that hadn't been tested like this and is being auctioned off, so of course you are going to be more timid behind the wheel compared to a car you own and wanted to keep, so well done for pushing a little bit and gaining some great experience driving quicker around a track. You did well.

You can put the car into Bench / Dyno mode easy via OBD with MultiECUscan. I did mine and worked fine but the splitter doesn’t drop during the run. You tell the car how many ignition cycles you want to reset bench mode and after that everything goes back to normal. I also removed the resonator! Makes the car sound a lot more aggressive Sold mine last year and miss it loads! Going to have to get a couple of tickets me thinks…..

You should always cut the old oil filter open to see if there are any sparkly bits. Especially if it’s been in a crash. It’s always good to check in case something was going wrong before you brick the engine.

I have not tried it but a trick for cutting the exhaust (or anything round) throw on a gear clamp or zip tie that will give you something not only to cut against but also a nice even straight line

Timing belt/chain is due every 5 years ... not cheap on them either ... I had my stelvio done afew months ago and even brakes all around, gearbox service, full service and coolant and brake fluid cost £1800 but autodoc is brilliant !! 🙌🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿💙

one of my favorite sedans it looks so damn good i normally prefer N/A engines but in this case i wouldnt mind. with the right mods it would probabaly still sound great. Maybe something like a carbon intake box and new headers?

Put the air conditioner on in wet weather, it’s dehumidifiers the air, stops windows misting up, so many people don’t realise this.
