The wait time for CS1 Cities to load is just unbearable for me. CS1 cities take 15+ mins to just load compared to CS2 that loads in less than a minute. Not sure if/when I will return to Nomasburg to be honest.

Sure thing. Wanted to wait for the city to develop first but I'm happy to include some night time of the areas already built up 👍

That's part of the game. It's in the Parks menu. If you not playing in sandbox mode, then I think it is unlocked at certain milestones.

You can turn off the guidelines to avoid the zoning to break and have perfect zoning.

Do you start work unlimited money? Those roads etc at the start aren't cheap.

For this build, I am using unlimited.

@@SanctumGamer Good to know! I'm trying to not use unlimited money in the original game, because it's a challenge to do everything balanced and don't do too much too fast. But unlimited money makes it a very different game, it leaves room for much more creativity, and it's more playful. I might just try to do something like that. I haven't bought CS2, I only recently revisited CS, and I need to get some routine with it before I go for CS2. :)

Lovely start to fleshing out the main city SG! Good to see some more graffiti has found a place. The BroMan has just released a new "Gray Stained Surfaces" update that also contains decals. Adds a bit more variety to Sully's excellent offerings. Have you tried Sully's rocky riverbed surfaces at all? They make for great rough terrain areas, like along rail lines, derelict ground, etc.

Just saw the stained surfaces and grabbed them immediately! Can't wait to try them out! I've used the riverbed decals here and there, but nothing out of the ordinary yet. Maybe will use them at some point to do some nature based detailing around the river 🤔
