Yes, we do that usually every kvk start. It easiest strategy since not every starting zones alliances are friendlies, in Z5 after pass4's open you know which ones are enemies.

Are you wanting to invite people ? assuming they are not in an alliance go to their information, under their avatar press alliance and you should be able to invite them if they are not in an alliance

You can invite people that are not in any alliances. You would select their name view their profile and select alliance. If they are in an alliance you can't invite. There is an option to invite others randomly in the kingdom. It's in the alliance menu. Hope this helps

Kind of... You cannot take a Center Fortress to KvK only Alliance fortress 1 and 2. So all your territory needs to b connected for this to work

If your in KvK (kingdom vs kingdom) also known as Lost kingdom. the only way you can be together is if you are in the same camp and coalition. This does not happen until season of Conquest.

Flags don't work if you have no CF you can build a flag but it's much more needed to build a cf first

I know how you feel when I inherited and was made leader of a 4 bill power alliance I was nervous as well the things I recommend, 1. be on top of resource centers, Try to build one as fast as possible after the last one gets gathered out. 2 Try to keep your alliance chat active. 3 But also Use private messaging, If you have a member that makes a mistake try not call them out in the alliance chat. 4Have a leadership chat so you can discuss alliance decisions without every Single alliance member knowing about it, only let the members know once you, the leader and other r4s have come to a final decision and it is clear between the leader and all officers. 5 Use alliance markers, they are essential in different events like when doing karuak bosses. Keeping alliance members updated when alliance events will take place is essential in having a good alliance. 6 this is probably the most important have lots of patience, nearly every alliance has members that a rookies and just play the game, they dont pay much attention to alliance mail and what the alliance is doing, some just haven’t learned you must be patient and try to teach them. I could go in to more detail but those are just a few leadership keys that I can think of off the top of my head when leading my alliance. I’m sure you will be a great leader!! I hope this helps a little.

We send 1 troop to build for 20K Alliance credits. It resets daily so bring the march home when you reach 20k

You click on territory and flag. There should be an option. If you have 500 flags there won't be one available. If you don't have any, you need to make sure you have a fort built, and Enough credits to build some. You can build 10 without resources. And the next will require food / wood
