Building Your Child's Coping Skills

This presentation will focus on how parents can teach their children (and themselves!) essential coping skills. Parents will gain knowledge and understanding of skills critical to long-term mental health and wellness as well as being offered meaningful ways to promote these competencies in their children/adolescents.
