You don't really notice the Fellowship Hall because there is no indicator whenever the time gets reduced. You can see the times where you help others, in your Fellowship under Help. On level 5 you can get help 9 times, so it reduces the build time of any building by 9% which can be several hours. For my Main Hall 8->9 upgrade it saves over 2 hours and 20 minutes for example

The building time in the game is great. In March of Empires if you have no construction gear it takes 370 days for the town hall to upgrade lol.

We needed different units because they have all different specialty. You want to counter some troops but dont have it in your main quarters.

Late stage fellow hall being maxed for like the 7-10(10 max) and 15-20(20 max) it saves 1-3 hrs for me on each building on the 32 hrs it saved a lot of time … mid stage is when I max it.

you're not just like saving 30sec at the fellowship hall, for many building you're saving over an hour, at max probably 2h and I really think thats worth it. For example, for my conscription post from 14 to 15 it saved me 30min of 3 or 4 hours it needed to build, that's not bad at all. Imagine that for all your building on average, it's 30min for like 200 upgrades, that's 100 hours, so more than 4 days and I'm guessing here with smaller numbers than they probably are, I'm certain you can safe up to a week, maybe even 10-12 days worth of building. I'm right now having a look how much I safe at the conscription post from 15 to 16 which needs 6:40h to build, I'm telling you the result as soon as I have it

So it safes me 36min, at 6:40h=400min its 9%. For some building that might need up to a day to upgrade like I can imagine the main hall from 9 to 10 does, thats 9% of 1440 which is 129,6min, that's over 2 hours, so you should definitely upgrade your fellowship hall

One thing you forgot to mention is at 5:10 What do Reserves mean? Is that the number of units you currently have of that unit or is it spare units

Does apothecary heal 100% of troops? Because I notice I’m constantly running out of troops and have to conscript more even though apothecary is running on auto working full time healing… so either it’s not healing 100% or I don’t know
