This Eco-Friendly House Near Bengaluru Promotes Sustainable Living (House Tour).

Quietly tucked away from Bengaluru's Hustle and Bustle, this off-grid green home is part of a community that practises sustainable living. The slow-living lifestyle is complimented throughout the design of the house, there isn't a corner aware of the beautiful noises made by nature or a sight of green from the lush trees surrounding the site.
The house is almost completely self-sufficient, having space for growing the required vegetables, fruits and herbs. Material of the house reflects its story, having built from the soil of the site the walls are bright red juxtaposed next to other colours also made naturally.

One of the basic principles of going green is to have less constructed area and more open space. This does not meet that requirement, but however it is a nice effort to combine luxury with eco-living; though the need is to have required comforts in most ecofriendly manner - which is very doable example I am certain most households don’t use formal sitting areas as much and it’s created more for guest pleasing than anything. Tiny home movements are great to see how to smartly build smaller spaces while having much more open green space around.

there are a few different techniques possible- mural painting is basically painted plaster, ‘Venetian plastering’ involves mixing stone dust and pigment with plaster

The Inside looks like a dungeon a Jail, such small windows that too closed, the sliding windows are the worst. Why the sloping roof with Khaprail, the Roof cannot be used for many activities, the attic at the top is also closed with flushed glass. Just because Mud/Earth, earthen materials are used doesn't makes it Eco friendly. And with such beautiful surroundings the inside of the home has no openings to the outside greenery, no outside in, inside out concept. Yes you have to go outside of the home to enjoy nature, nothing can be seen from inside with small windows and low roof. Poor design, good materials.
