7400 apartment cost is around 40Cr and what I heard is. Owner is not sure if this will be used for staying, it can be a weekend home. That 30 year son would have an apartment that 99.9% of Indians cannot afford, monthly maintenance itself will be more than our normal bank EMIs. Forgot to mention interior design was good.

I went to the site with great expectations. After seeing the high rise buildings close to each other the golf course etc I felt I I cannot live unobtrusively.
