I think to justify this price they have to have it as to where it upgrades for every build. Say you have a build with 94 3 and then you max that out, and then you have another build with a 87 3 it should start as maxed out but if you had a third build at a 99 3 it should start as a 94

i thought the same but if you look up the player ratings even the highest rated players have weaknesses for instance i made a Damian lillard build on 2k23 i looked up the real dames attributes and he has alot of high offensive attributes but his defense was low in alot of areas, Giannis is a high 95+ his weaknesses are jumpshooting but has high 90’s in basically all finishing and defense and playmaking and vitals to make him like a 97 when the game released same for Steph hes similar to dame high offense bug small guard wit very low interior defense and rebounding but has good steal so really there is no true 99 player
