Amazing Simon Reeve, well done! The documentaries are really interesting and I could watch them every day (which is what I have been doing for the last 2 weeks on BBCiPlayer!). Look forward to reading Step by Step.

I know for sure as a londoner, here is more racism in London, than in Moscow, more criminally, more inequality, more poverty, in England and in London, and some posh , not down to earth , people like Simon, are more that annoying... he need to live in Bromley by bow in London for a few months and compare, and not to talk rubbish... and travel around the UK to see poverty in rural areas as well...

The 'empire' the British, London and londoners. As always, the centre of the universe. I bet in your dreams everyone in the world is a cockney, but I know even at that you'd still have something to gripe about, it's the typical British good old cockney way!

Simon Reeve is never off the tele. Why? Is he the only man who can travel? He is fast becoming a bore like the Dimbledy's.

Ella Taylor really? He is one of the most enigmatic travellers there is, he steers away from the glitz of places and shows what the real gritty places and problems are in the countries he goes, he speaks to real people Think your comment is harsh to be fair

I love Simon Reeve, I think he’s absolutely brilliant. I’m binge watching all of his programmes on iPlayer. It never gets boring because it’s never the same.

Pheasant Pluckers son is mistaken. Simon reeve is a total propaganda peddler. There’s nothing ‘gritty’ about it. It’s agenda driven bs posing as a travel show.
