Based on interviews I've seen, Brad and Barry are the ones most willing to talk about Adam, so with them all being friends that's most likely true. I've also seen an interview where Adam was brought up in front of Neil and Matt, and it seemed a lot more awkward.

Three Days Grace is the only band (I know of) where the lead singer is not the main voice of the band. Don't get me wrong, Neil does a great job and knows what to say always, but it's still weird.

Have you not heard of Metallica? Van Halen? Iron Maiden? All those bands and there are more to name are not run by their vocalist. Its actually pretty common for other members of the band to be the lead one(most cases the one who founded the band)

Even if the singer is no Adam in vocal tonality, the songs on the new album are so much better than the last album, which probably had three listenable tracks--and better than the last album with Adam before that too. Personally, I don't think people can pick singles anymore. To me, the last half of the album is so much better than the first half.
