He is such an amazing person! I met him a few years back. My drummers dad knows Reggie (Feldy) and when *KORN* plays here, we get to go hangout with the band on their busses and backstage in the dressing rooms. When they hit the stage, my drummer and myself are on stage with them, just out of sight from the crowd. Anyways, the first time I met him, I was talking with Reggie and he went and got Brian. We sat and talked about me just being diagnosed with stage 4 throat and lung cancer, on top of me having lymphedema. After the show, he and Reggie pulled me and my drummer into the dressing room and did a placing on the hands prayer. I was absolutely blown away!! Brian and Reggie are the real deal... Now, anytime they are in town, I'm blessed to be able to go to the show and hangout with them. Great friends, and a great bunch of people...

Brian is “head” over heels for his daughter! He is living proof he’s a single parent & beat drugs! He fought his demons for himself & his daughter! Don’t matter if ur famous or not. U can beat addiction. I’m also living proof of this. I prayed to God that I didn’t want to use drugs anymore. I wanted out! I would yell, Help me, God. I’m not a spiritual person, but I have to admit he did help me. The came & I took it slow. Been clean over 12yrs! I would ❤️ to meet Brian & his daughter in person one day. Their movie was amazing❤️🤘🏼

Kenny marker Brian was addicted to drugs, he quit Korn to get himself clean for himself and his daughter so he gave himself to GOD and the Demon went away. In my opinion Brian fought the drugs with GOD on his side and won. He looks better than ever.God bless Brian and his beautiful daughter.
@kennymarker42455 жыл бұрын
@@cindyslater7653 you truly havn't been paying attention, look at how he acts on stage ever since he came back to korn, devil handsighns, dancing to the music that has cussing and violance in it, really!!!????what christion would want to do that sort of thing?????
@cindyslater76535 жыл бұрын
Yes Brian went back to the same kind of music Korn always played but what I’m meaning that Brian kicked his drug addiction is the demon I was referring to. I don’t see any problem in the music he’s playing or singing, before or after a show Brian came out to fans and he would say a prayer. What rock star does that? None that I know of.
@cindyslater76535 жыл бұрын
KENNY MARKER also even if he flashing the devil signs or cussing I pretty confident that Brian faith is pretty strong and I sure if he gets a little crazy on stage he’ll be asking God for forgiveness. We do have a forgiving God. And we all make mistake all of us no ones perfect.

Korn was on forefront of the internet media scene and was one of the 1st to use the web to give fans more access to the band on a personal level. It wasn't just their music breaking new ground.

@Savisoundman15 жыл бұрын
@@wormsinfested2722yes we are sheep because we hear the shepherds voice. I have no problem with being a sheep, I have experienced the transformation that Jesus has done in my life, and the lives of many that continue to just show up in my life. There is no question Jesus is real and if you seek him you will find him, it is indeed supernatural, unexplainable. I once thought like you and thought it was a lie, my wickedness blinded me. Dissecting a word doesnt give you truth it just keeps you blinded by arrogance and pride. Jesus died for everybody but not everybody will experience him. Only those who hear his voice are heed to the call.

Jesus loves us as we are. Jesus was with me every time I was high. You don't have to be in a church to be blessed. You can be in a trap house, homeless, a criminal or in the throws of addiction and Jesus is there with you. Once we hear His name you know h and He will not ever leave you alone. He is always present everywhere you go. Jesus saved me several times. Without Jesus I would be dead or in hell. I trust in Jesus and I am who I am. It's our job to testify and lead others to Jesus and salvation.

Korn in the 90s gave kids like me a sense of belonging to something... It sounds very cliche but they really did. As did bands like slipknot... When your 11 12 years old and wearing t-shirts of your favorite metal bands, alot of people don't get it and they will somewhat try to make you feel like an outcast even if they don't intend too by asking questions like "how can you listen too this..." But bands like these blowing up in the mainstream media pulled alot of those kids who felt like they couldn't be themself through the fear of what people might think or there own personal scars.. it pulled them out of the wood work and gave us a community

I really enjoyed this interview. I have been a Korn fan since 1997. Because I was going through a dark time in the late 90s. I dropped out of school and ran away from home. I was very confused at that time. Korn was the first band I ever became a huge fan of. I remember wearing really baggy pants and growing my side burns really long. Sadly, I have only attend one Korn concert in my entire life. It was around 2000 they were promoting "Issues" and the band Stained opened. I also remember Korn T.V. That was only one my first memories of using the internet.The early 2000s was when I experienced the best concerts; Korn, Rage Against The Machine, Nine Inch Nails, A Perfect Circle, No Doubt, Primus, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foo Fighters and 311. I saw all those bands at the peak of their careers in the early 2000s. But, around the time the music industry started going down hill was also when I was going through other hardships so I missed out on a lot of good concerts including the past 17 years of Korn's touring history. I am hoping to see them at least one more time in the future; maybe next year.

I love Korn, been my favorite band since I was like 11, and Head has always been my favorite member. But I just don’t think there is a lot of explaining left to do when it comes to Brian’s past situation. I mean really if you’ve been a fan of the band and head, chances are you’re completely aware of why he left and why he came back. I just feel like the situation keeps finding it’s way back into every interview. He was miserable, addicted to numerous drugs, meth being the main one, felt like he wasn’t being the father he needed to be, left Korn, got sober, did his own solo thing for awhile, reunited with Korn at a festival, everything clicked and he came back. I just think at this point 13 years later, there’s no need to keep addressing the past situation we’re all aware of.
