Glad to hear about it!!! Honestly one of the best hikes in Georgia. If you lobe hiking and in the area, a few other good ones in north Georgia I recommend are mount yonah, Rabun bald, cloudland canyon, and middle Georgia providence canyon

I did that hike and I remember how awfully difficult that vertical climb back up was actually SOO hard it was upsetting. I recommend leaving backwards the way you came in, instead of that vertical climb out. Thats what ill be doing when I go again !
