Yes I remember this stunning pristinely kept home. The unique stairway and the incredible kitchen. All of those teal cupboards were still so shiny after almost 40 yrs. Very unique kitchen. Love the sunny eating area and love all the fireplaces especially the stone ones. I remember the master bedroom with the sitting room/maybe a nursery. The basement was huge and I remember all the base trim being missing as if there was a flood. Lots of space possibly would be great for accommodating multiple generations. This house is still so livable with only minor repairs. I’m always sad to think of demolition. It’s so nice to see no vandalism. You always share great homes Ethan. Fantabulous house! What a perfect, spacious yet comfortable, and beautifully finished home. That front door aline is a work of art! Great idea to have all the built ins around the home. The kitchen and glassed in dining area are gorgeous and serviceable. Thank you for this great tour.

That kitchen looks right out of a magazine. That shot you got at 5:39: stunning! Teal is my favorite color to begin with, but I would put this overall as one of my top three kitchen designs if I had to remodel a kitchen like this!

I remembered this one when I saw the incredible open foyer and the brass handrails on the stairs. The architectural style if this one with the stone is beautiful! The master bath is dreamy!🤩 The kitchen looks like European or contemporary style, it's very nice, but I will always miss the kitchens of yesteryear when the appliances had wonderful colors! Love the revisits, glad this is still standing for now anyway. 😎✌️

Yeah this one looked familiar to me as well. The lights on the walls going up the stairs is what gave me kind of a clue. Like I always do i went back to find the first time you explored it and the only difference between then and now, besides the overgrowth outside, is that this time there was nothing in the garage. Last time it was full of building materials and junk. I also wanted to see if the basement had been finished last time, and it wasn’t, so i think you might be right, it probably had a flood at some point. Thanks for another great revisit!

What a beautiful house, and you have to wonder what happened to the owner(s)? I would guess this property has been bought by a developers, and is being demolished to make room for condos. It looks like it could be located in the Markham area - just a guess! Thanks Ethan, and keep up the good work!

Noooo, Ethan, the formal living room is always in the front of the house and usually the dining room next door. The FAMILY room is next to the kitchen. You can see how the fireplace in the front is more formal and the one next to the kitchen is more casual.

Loved that kitchen too Ethan. Best part of the house. That small room of the master could have been a nursery. I really liked all the fireplaces and lots of rooms with big windows. I didn’t like the entrance-walk in to a wall. It’s too closed off especially with that ugly staircase. They should have used some type of railing with spindles. The rest of the place was beautiful.
