I love these videos, but i wish i could learn more about it. Classes, rules, trucks, etc.

There's 4 classes. C Mechanical Trucks. C Class. B Class, and the highest class is A class. C mechanical is no electronic engines. C class has a computer. Limited in turbo size and arent supposed to smoke beyond a certain amount. B Class is limited to a single 81mm turbo. No stand alone engine control allowed. A class can run as Big a turbo as they want and they can run multiple turbos as well and they are allowed stand alone engine controls.

Stock trucks, they are mostly built with 300-400hp minimum that can already pull 20000lbs. The fastest ones probably are modified to put out 2000hp or more. Turbos the size of a basketball or bigger. Lower compression for more boost. Example, having to reinforce the frame so the cab does break off the line. Possibly the most weight the heaviest modified truck can pull, maybe 50000lbs while still going faster than a stock mini van. Maybe even more weight.

Im sure they load the dump trailers the same as they do the super bs at the other hill climbs, if they do thats easily 100,000 pounds in just the trailer. My normal everyday semi that i run does 50,000 pounds daily legally

Whats the deal with all the green lights inside the windshield?

It allows the starter to know when each driver is ready. Gives the truck time to spool up

@@tagprice1 so the drivers turn on the green lights instead of regular staging, or like bumping in like no prep racing? Thanks for that info.

@@scottwilliams5196 each truck pulls up and goes pre-stage and staged. The starter will then randomly pick a truck and give a thumbs up to the driver. Once the truck is done spooling up, the driver will turn his green light on to let the starter know he's ready to go. Starter then will go to the opposite truck and give a thumbs up. When that truck is spooled up the driver will turn his green light on and then the starter will hit the button to make the tree drop and off they go.

The green lights are how each truck indicates to the starter in the middle that they are staged and ready for the tree to drop. This is much different starting procedure to any other type of drag racing.
