Looks like resetting the sled screwed the first Tractor, let them pull!

That's how they always start the pull. If the first tractor goes full pull, they reset the sled and he goes to the end and re-pulls. If they didn't, the likelihood of most of the tractors going full pull is very high and then they would have to have a pull-off with everyone. If the first puller doesn't go full pull, they leave the sled as is and the puller has the choice of taking the results or dropping to the back and try again as the final pull.
