Just an observation my brother. I'm old school and as a pastor I reverence OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. Should we not out of respect take our hat's off in God's house? Not trying to be critical, BUT we set the example to the younger generation.

@CuriousCat7774 жыл бұрын
CLEON HARRISON think of it this way; would you have a backwards hat to see the Queen? Well when you go to church your talking about Gd. There should be the utmost respect more than the queen.

@kuya.christian7 жыл бұрын
mireliom Yeah! We are called to boast not of what we can do, but who gave us the gifts to do it. Its in the Bible, we are built to brag, just not about ourselves. We are called to brag for Christ...

What about dying for the glory of God. Dying to self to your rap career dying to the world dying to your own selfish ambitions. Dying to so called gifts. Until you do all that you can't live for God

Marcela Canales Hey man, just letting you know: in the past year, Trip was only on tour for like two months and he only released one song. The rest of the time he was at his church and with his fam.
@marcelacanales54997 жыл бұрын
Christian Romero will you please watch this Carter Conlon run for your lives. It's on youtube
@kuya.christian7 жыл бұрын
Marcela Canales Thanks man! I watched the whole video and thought it was very powerful and true. However, the sugar-coated Sunday school type preacher it warns against? That's not Trip Lee. He tells stories and jokes sure, but that is HIS TESTIMONY. ALL of his music points to Jesus, never pointing to himself. When his music does point to himself however, it shows only his struggles and his faults. His one song Fallin' talks about how he has fallen to temptation and tries to repent. His other song Sweet Victory talks about his health problems. (There was another rapper, a Christian friend of his, who tells how Trip experiences extreme fatigue and yet continues to rap, leading thousands at his concerts in the praise of ONLY Jesus even if it meant sitting on a chair to do it.) He is so on fire for Christ and still preaches or raps about how we are to fight the evil of this world, not just about the good things in life.
@marcelacanales54997 жыл бұрын
Christian Romero please listens to more by the pastor I gave you when ever you can God bless you

God comes to all siner's and all humans are siner's we are all god's children so he created us as siner's the devil was an angel and sined but God banished him but did not kill him but banished him, we humans sin like the devil sinned but God still comes to us and does not banish us the devil is actually an angel that sined the devil is a human conception conclusion do you believe in God in the devil is his a hypothetical just questions.

Is he praying and preaching with a hat on? He had a decent message but the having his head covered dishonors the Lord which he claims to serve.
@Ayejaysix7 жыл бұрын
How in the world is that dishonoring?
@kuya.christian7 жыл бұрын
Christian Garcia Hey man, just wondering; what do you mean? How is Trip acting more cool than reverent to God? In the past year he has only released one new song, being on tour for only about two months. The rest of the year was spent only on his family and his church. He doesn't spend money on expensive clothes or anything, the way he dresses and acts is meant to minister to people who recieve things better from people who dress like him. He is following Gods command by ministering to everyone, not just your 'average church-goer'. Let me know what you think man! Edit: He is at a college, btw...
@luzmaldonado72683 жыл бұрын
He hasn't grow yet is thinking Abt rap but for a Pastor he doesn't have conviction if he did he would take the minister more serious dress better more represented knowing that when he go to the altar is not a place where singers sing to people that's the altar of the Lord we can treat the Lord like He's jus God HES THE LORD OF LORD KING OF KING
@binodbagh11817 жыл бұрын
Your videos are pantastic but I think when you pray you should take of your cap ,that dishonor God

Binod Bagh 🙌
@StylinSis31897 жыл бұрын
Binod Bagh I don't think God cares about what you're wearing when you're submitting to Him in prayer. Keeping his hat on doesn't dishonor God in anyway. God sees his heart.
@rickstark857 жыл бұрын
I must've missed the "take off your hat when you pray" chapter in the Bible. Good job. Way to be a superficial and judgemental Christian.
@ninetyninereasons20127 жыл бұрын
Rick Stark there is actually a chapter on headwear during prayer. 1 Corinthians 11. However the passage is kinda hard to understand
@rickstark857 жыл бұрын
Anyeta N, the chapter isn't on "head wear." There's a couple of verses regarding covering your head. And what do these verses say? It clearly says that a man isn't to cover his head, but a woman is. Nothing confusing about this.
