Thankyou for your video. There are so many real honest sections in this interview. I really appreciate the content compared to normal discussions about Bukatsu. I am sad that because of some of the language used in this video I am unable to use it in the classroom as a teacher. If you could keep teachers in mind when you make your videos it would be amazing.

This is amazing stuff..this completely has destroyed my fantasies about those anime bukkatsu environments. This is both motivating, but also kind of scary as in terms of the development of young people's mentality. I can understand just how strict, and high demanding for boys to take part in a sports club because its competitive. I can also understand that it does require a students full dedication, because I myself was also on Soccer team in Highschool 4 years. BUT the thing that I find disturbing is the coach teaching...which makes me wonder, does it really help the youth? Or does it just traumatizes them mentally? Every individual is different, but in so treating a team like robots or following rules, can just only limit each individuals growth. They cannot really fully discover themselves, or find what really makes them as a person to Love the sport. I've always felt that way...and this makes a lot of sense of why there are people who are totally stressed out in Japan...because its ALWAYS about the team or group, but never about the individual person.

so no one talk about the huge funding to all those clubs? Where is it coming from? The school? the people who in the club? If it's the school then is that the money coming from student fee or from govt funding? With that much amount of clubs and people, and event they held it requires a big fund every season/
